I appreciate the opportunity to constantly learn and develop new skills as well as the support and resources that my company provides to help me do so. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

Dislikes

One thing that I didn't like about my previous company was the lack of transparency and communication between departments there was a lack of clear direction and leadership within the organization making it difficult to collaborate across teams.
