-Workplace surveys such as GPTW, seems to be managed in a way that doesnot reflect the true sentiments of the employees (NP employees excluded, and there is pressure to give positive reviews with a threat of firing if they dont. - Frequent layoffs - Leadership behaviour lacks professionalism and empathy as they use abusive language- HR department is not approachable and doest not effectively address employee concerns (only 1 or 2 good folks, which already left) - disparity in pay practice - favouritism happening everywhere - full stress of numbers - managers behaviour changes when u take leaves. - Ground people forced to work for more than 12hrs a day. No work life balance, Worst leadership, Worst environment. Expected to learn everything through trial and error because guidance is a myth here. Stability?????? You could be a star performer one day and the next day you can get a goodbye letter. Parts of the JD they never talk about- stress, anxiety, burnout, office politics, micromanagement on an hourly basis and fragile ego of so-called leaders, mentors whatever crap....... best people to make you feel under confident, have a self-doubt, demotivated and feel anxious about yourself whether you are worth it or not. spoiled my career here for all the bad reasons.
