Everything 1-Lets strat with South General manager I haven't seen any higher or management level employee that to a professional doctor like this. She don't even have a manners how to talk to any employee. Being a GM she should be occupied with lots of work but no she has free time to check out what other departments manager is wearing either she is wearing a chappal or shoe.... Why???? Why this boy wears a hoodie ??? Why this boy is wearing a cap??? 2- Call-Center - This is one of the biggest mistake I did in my life that I joined this company Lets go step by step...... The senior manager is so cheap He just want to take control over everything We need to beg to avail our own leaves.. He will give you importance if you give him numbers. Efforts doesn't matters here They structure some incentive plan in month start and suddenly in middle of month structure will be changed How ? In the initial days he will ask you to make more number doesn't matter how you will make it, once you reach your target this will start cutting your incentives saying this is wrong this is this ,this is that. They hire doctors saying its patient care department but no it's a big fraud They will make you dial the numbers and ask you for sales Really very bad organisation If you like politics please join this organisation...Read More
