Now its very terrible working environment, there is no respect for the employee, there is no compassion for the employee, i used to work 8hours now i have to work 12 hours in only name but originally i have to be alert for 24hours, salary does not to come on time, They say to do Marketting but dont give Allowence, HR has no power, Senior manager does HR work.
