This company does not even deserve to be rated 1. If minus would have been applicable I would have rated that! They boast of MNC culture but in reality both the owners are blind and biased towards few of their employees. The company is mid sized not bad, redundancy is very common these days so nothing to mind about that. But they have the habit of backstabbing. So beware

Some employees for whom the management is blind are good - they honestly are dedicated like Prerna di. But on the other hand Ms Dipshikha Dasgupta does not deserve to be called a professional instead she is an element who continuously shouts and laughs in the absence of the Director and disturbs other employees. She insults the Company HR without even knowing the "H" of HR. Little knowledge is a dangerous thing and this element is the one practical example of this. She dreams to be HR and boasts of her own salary to be double of what she actually receives. On one side the company dreams of being MNC # on the other side the management is blind towards such employees who humiliate the company HR. The environment os very toxic specially cz of this girl and not at all conducive to work. Without knowing anything of HR this girl has the habit of poking her nose into everything.
