There is no appraisal system.... No proper promotions and salary hike... You have to lucky enough to get a good salary hike... Management don't do anything to motivate their employees. If your are coming office in time and leaving office in time and taking less leaves then your are good employee.... They don't see the work or effort people are giving to get a job done. They will praise your juniors or people who have not done anything.. but they will not say any praising thing to the man behind the show......Read More
