Management will listen to your advice.. generally they will not give left and right to any employee...

Dislikes

There is no appraisal system.... No proper promotions and salary hike... You have to lucky enough to get a good salary hike... Management don't do anything to motivate their employees. If your are coming office in time and leaving office in time and taking less leaves then your are good employee.... They don't see the work or effort people are giving to get a job done. They will praise your juniors or people who have not done anything.. but they will not say any praising thing to the man behind the show...

Likes

Nothing, there are no work life balance. Management can detain staff daily. There are only office in time. Out will be decided by the Director.

Dislikes

There are providing poor quality of Tea, we have to buy the good quality of tea at office. They are not providing quality Water bottles also. Director stopped the AC also. If we leave late office to work office is not compensate it also do not arrange any tiffin or foot even not one cup of tea. Then we have to go to street area. Do not have any HR Policy, even do not have any HR. Also not having proper leave policy. During the working period, they dont give any appointment letter, joining letter, payslip, confirmation letter, Increment letter etc. They kept employees in a insecurity stage. Any day SDirector can say "Don't came from Tomorrow".
