RHDL has the right manpower; state of art technology and deliveries which meet dead lines with quality. It has inbuilt scalability with strong quality platform, Six Sigma, COPC and BSI initiatives. It has 8,000 sq. ft. centrally air conditioned area with 200 seats per shift capacity with abundant power back up. There is a proper disaster planning and bubbling environment. It is equipped with sufficient voice and data communication system with fast and dedicated 1:1 internet connectivity. Meals, Medical, Pickup and Drop facilities are also providing to the employees. Proper HR strategy is in place and tracking of different concern areas like appraisal, motivation and skill based jobs are done. There is an open door policy approach in the company.
