The bank has its own training centres all over india, teammates are very cooperative, working environment is pleasant, promotion opportunities are fair and based on assessment, selectivity tests as well as on seniority. Salary is handsome and revised on five years through bypartite settlement. Besides this all perks are attractive. It is a good employer. I am always thankful and I have proud to serve the Govt. I have got opportunities to perform all the work relevant to my post and I had already working experience in so many other organisation and companies that all the work was experiencly known to me hence I did not feel any difficulty to perform any work.
