Wonderful company started by couple of young & enthusiastic Indians with the dream to rule the world of EHS software globally with great mission, associated with visionary Leadership team members & well talented Employees. Best feeling is, it was really great experience to deal with the Global customers.

Dislikes

Even though there were many wonderful Managers & Vice President in the company, however unfortunately our Customer facing department is completely controlled by a Senior Manager who operates from our other regional office remotely, he used to hate me and target me repeatedly for unknown reasons, he regularly escalated negative feedback to the Vice President annually, who had taken harsh decision and shown me the Exit. Finally, even though I had pleaded helplessly, neither VP cared to look into actual data points, nor the HR department interfered in analyzing/cross checking this harsh decision. It's very disheartening that, this happened to me, who strived for Customer satisfaction, even though after winning several appreciations from the customers across the globe, very unfortunate.
