Good for freshers to work and learn things, some team leaders are very supportive

The management is not proper, unlike in corporate environments. The manager practices micromanagement, and there is a lot of workplace politics. Hard work is not recognized, and there are instances where employees do not receive a salary hike for more than two years. Additionally, there are not enough toilets.
