The owner behaviour is very rude, basically it's a family business & they treat their employees as house maid, no respect at all. No employee stays to this company everyone join & leave this co. Within a year so basically there are lot of pending works. The owner frequently loose his temperament & use slang also. They will send you to deposit cheque, they will give you work of mutiya (bring up raw material to 1st floor from ground floor),and many more things goes here if you want to explore please join here !!!
