Some leads never approve leaves, unless it’s very emergency. I have 24 leaves as balance but have taken only 2 in last year

Dislikes

The project I am working on is using very old tools and practices which they doesn't wanted to upgrade.. And very limited chance to enhance your skills .. They stopped the variable pay with lots of non compliance ... And very hard to get it back even with genuine reasons... HR/management is very lethargic to reply your email/teams chat..
