Unskilled Managers - No technology skills, No management skills, only one thing they are good at is pulling someone down. Baised R&R- only who is good to Managers, Team lead. Real talent are left unnoticed. Candidates having good skills like begin good to Team lead, Associated Manger or manager they have amazing growth. Human resources - are good at fun activities n for making announcements. No strict action is been taken on those candidates issue. They comfort you telling action ll be taken, but in reality.
