Nothing. They make you feel everything is sugar and nice but then will throw you out all of sudden to hide their own fault.

Dislikes

Poorly skilled managers and illiterate higher management in India. The higher management only believes in “my way or highway”. Those who will do only as the senior management says will stay there.

OMG and Annalect India work together and depend on each other.

Dislikes

There is no proper collab between OMG, India office and Annalect India. Cut-throat politics Everyone saving their own job No collab between teams No one seemed to be happy or know what is going to happen Officically Mon-Fri 11am-8pm but always there will be work both days Sat, Sun and even at night after work meetings. Need to take permission to not work on weekends. Seemed like a divide and rule by keeping everyone in fear Managment even AD, D, VP have joined and left immediately. If a good person joins they extract all they can till they layoff or the person will leave, unless the person can talk sweet or play politics. I felt all top HR leaders were just hardcore bad managers, stupid, arrogant and un-friendly.
