The Company hired almost 1000+ individuals in the name of expansion....most of the hired talent had a stable career and wanted growth like everyone else. 6 months past the company and the top bosses were not able to get work from global agencies so they started laying off people. An international company like Omnicom failed at studying the market and the newly hired talent had to pay the price. I would never recommend anyone to work there!!...Read More
