You'll have ample opportunities to learn and develop your skills here, with seniors who are genuinely supportive and ready to help. The HR team is approachable, and the CTO and CEOs are friendly and easy to react. Salaries are consistently paid on time and Flexible working hours. Although I've seen some negative reviews, my experience over the past year has been positive. In the IT industry, performance is crucial-if you don't deliver, there are consequences. However, a good developer should be eager to learn new things and adaptable to different technologies. Stay open minded and flexible and you'll do well here.
