Honestly , good thing is , its fast paced so good for fresher from learning aspects.

Dislikes

1)No appreciation for work. 2)No appraisal. 3)Forced to work overtime. 4)No work life balance. 5)No good compensation. 6)Lack of skilled leadership team. 7)Managers are not holding technical knowledge but acting as tech managers.

Good work life balance if your manager is flexible. New company and brand new office.

Dislikes

Bossy managers who have too much power and control. Poor appraisals and hikes. Very high taxable salary structure which makes your take home salary very less.
