Further, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Manappuram Home Finance Limited’ as consequence of its conversion from private company to public company pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the EGM held on December 3, 2016 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2017 issued by the RoC.
