One thing I really like about working in our company as an HR recruiter with WFH opportunity is the flexibility it offers. For instance, I appreciate being able to structure my day in a way that suits my productivity. If I need to focus on sourcing candidates, I can set aside uninterrupted time without the distractions of a busy office. This flexibility ultimately helps me deliver better results.

Dislikes

One thing I find challenging about working in our company is the lack of face-to-face interaction with colleagues. While remote work offers flexibility, sometimes I miss the spontaneous collaboration and camaraderie that comes with being in an office. For example, it's harder to build relationships and establish rapport with team members when most communication is through email or chat.

I have been working under Operations Department in Service Team. I have got hands-on experience in automotive care industry and gained diversified knowledge since the company serves nationwide customers.

Dislikes

Since we have to connect with workshops personnel & customers native to southern part of the country which causes linguistic barrier & impede our ability to provide better solution.
