Good company, people are good and they timely pay reimbursements & salary since I have been working.

Dislikes

It is a startup so it is challenge to grow amid huge competition. Sometimes company website is down due to which customers go away without buying the plan.

They are frauds. I worked with them for 1 month and then they refused to give me the salary saying that sales team did not achieve their target. I want to understand that if sales team fails to achieve the target why does the HR will not get the salary. They are bloody frauds. Don't fall in their trap.

The work culture is good. They have WFH which is convenient and hassle free. The team ia responsive and I have not faced any issues so far since I have been working here for like 8 months now. It is good to be a part of these team.

The pay structure. The cycle completes at the 25th of each month and the salary gets credited by 5th of the next month.

One thing I really like about working in our company as an HR recruiter with WFH opportunity is the flexibility it offers. If I need to focus on sourcing candidates, I can set aside uninterrupted time without the distractions of a busy office. This flexibility ultimately helps me deliver better results.

One thing I find challenging about working in our company is the lack of face-to-face interaction with colleagues. While remote work offers flexibility, sometimes I miss the spontaneous collaboration and camaraderie that comes with being in an office. For example, it's harder to build relationships and establish rapport with team members when most communication is through email or chat.

I have been working under Operations Department in Service Team. I have got hands-on experience in automotive care industry and gained diversified knowledge since the company serves nationwide customers.

Dislikes

Since we have to connect with workshops personnel & customers native to southern part of the country which causes linguistic barrier & impede our ability to provide better solution.
