Our diverse team includes several hundred employees, (with both PC and Linux/Mac systems) to cater to individual preferences. Our goal is to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction, not hinder it. I'm sorry if you felt you had a different experience. We also are sometimes locked into client preferences however that can dictate certain equipment usage. Working Hours and PTO: Our standard 9-hour workday in India is in line with national norms and is balanced with over 37 PTO days annually, plus the ability to earn and cashout flextime for additional pay or time off. This policy is well above global standards while respecting local practices. Productivity and Monitoring: We monitor productivity not to police our employees but to ensure efficiency, client satisfaction, and a fulfilling work environment. Our high-performing team members typically recognize and value these efforts and welcome it, the only people who have ever had an issue are ones who do not help others and work towards a common goal of exceeding client expectations and being a part of our company's success. Squad System: The implementation of the squad system aims to disseminate knowledge, foster a 360-degree feedback culture, and enhance our company's performance. We've received overwhelmingly positive feedback on this initiative and will continue to refine it based on employee input. Job Security and Company Growth: Our above-average employee tenure contradicts the notion of job insecurity. Our consistent 40% year-over-year growth for the past 7+ years is a testament to our robust sales pipeline and strategic planning.
