Lack of recognition/ appreciation, no growth & advancement, growth is only for management people Don't evaluate person's capabilities, give salary increment based on no. of years you have spent there politics, favoritism, don't provide salary on time, poor management practices. manager engages in leisure activities throughout the day and assigns work after regular working hours.
