Likes

Great place to work and meet new people learnt a lot about life in general after coming to the bank. And met amazing people

Dislikes

The account opening system can be made Easter, because as we all know all the banks are making it more and more easier for opening accounts but I don't think we are doing enough in this regards

Work Details

The jod is good but as not adequate training is given before hand people tend to struggle in the beginning and it becomes more of a learn on the job rather than a well trained and execute
