I have been working with company since two years and the company. It has been an amazing experience. My team and my management were very supportive of each other. If I had any issue to talk, I could easily go to my reporting manager or HR team to ask for some advice and guidance. Specially, CEO sir was very supportive and lead us invarious projects. He made sure that I was properly trained and helped me immensely in my career by providing me more projects and responsibilities. Software team: If this is your initial job and only job offer: for resume points you can go ahead but know when to quit as there are better organizations that respect and value you. Here you will realise the importance of good culture by experiencing/witnessing toxic one. Product: Probably you will be the only one person expected to bring structure and realise that this place give you hopes of authority but no power....Read More

Product-Software-Technical Team 1) No product culture. Lets do Project Management but for products. 2) No structure in terms of task distribution & product development. CEO is sole deciding person. 3) Make people work, micromanage them for coffee/washroom breaks. Consider your Saturday are gone, Sundays as well cause projects are delayed anyway so we come to office and work. Additional working hours are extended if the delay is unbearable. 4) Less salary than industry standards for software. Product slightly less 5) No knowledge transfer or training in process. You will end up giving up and pretty soon forgetting PM concepts as you cant apply any- well you can do some but at end of day you simply have to make people get their task done. 6) High attrition rate. Hire Fast but Fire Faster. So there will always be lack of bandwidth to get task done cause that's is what is expected. 7) No nearby eateries around or inside the building.
