The Work-life balance is commendable, and the overall atmosphere is positive and conducive to a pleasant working environment.

Dislikes

The company has tendency to delay salary payments. It's advisable not to trust verbal assurance, given the general understanding that promises may not always be fulfilled. be prepared for unforeseen surprises and ensure that any commitments made IPE are documented, either on paper or through email, even after joining. Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. This creates a challenging environment for individuals seeking accurate details to make informed decision about whether to switch or remain with the company....Read More

Always thankful for getting a chance to work with many experts working for IPE and learnt a lot from them

Dislikes

As a Junior architect I work a lot in 3 years of experience and Handel many projects individually but I never felt any encouragement and financial growth after giving so much time and work dedicatedly for IPE GLOBAL
