Straight away, I would say dont join. 1) Date on which salaries are credited: 22nd or last week of every month. (Other firms in market credit before the 10th of every month) 2) Job security: Please forget about your job security they won't care about your skills or experience. 3) Skill Development: This is not a place to develop your skills.
