joined Instanpe as a QA in early August 2024, hoping to make a meaningful impact in a startup environment. Although I was eager to contribute and gain hands-on experience, I found that communication and transparency around employee support, particularly regarding payments, were lacking, which made it challenging to stay motivated.

Dislikes

From the first month, there were delays with my salary. Despite my efforts and follow-ups, payments were often postponed, and when I finally received a partial amount, it was significantly less than my agreed salary. After two and a half months, I was informed that the company’s funding issues meant my remaining salary couldn’t be paid, and I had to leave.
