Working here from more than 5 years, played different roles by learning some good things with Management Support. The main positive thing is, Inovar is a friendly environment company. It will give first priority to Employee choice. Very good place for the people who are interested to learn. Even though it is a start up, mostly providing the benefits almost like a MNC Company. CEO & Other Management people are friendly. On time salary, good hikes & Promotions. Fun Fridays, Team Outings, Games(Cricket, wallyball, etc), Awards etc. Even CEO participates very actively for these games. Management & CEO are supportive. 1. I observed Variable Pay is bit High. 2. Finance team are not giving proper information about Tax calculations 3. For most of the questions some people in Sr. Management don't have answers, they are asking time for 2 days. 4. No "Gratuity" in Inovar. This must be added. Very less people will serve long for start up companies. Everybody will learn and move. So, the people who stayed for long they must deserve Gratuity....Read More
