We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their challenges, and offer tailored solutions. You will play a critical part in lead generation, pipeline development, and building meaningful relationships with clients, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Be excited to address customer problems with apt solutions.
Reach out through outbound/inbound campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn & e-mails).
Develop sales opportunities by researching, understanding, and identifying the right prospects.
Build rapport and maintain relationship.
Assess the competition, customer challenges and pain points from time to time and be up to date with market trends.
Acquire good knowledge of solutions/services to address questions and overcome objections while speaking to prospective customers.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly lead-generation targets consistently.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in Inside Sales, preferably in SaaS or EdTech sales.
Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
Market Knowledge: Proven experience working with USA, UK, or Singapore markets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication and strong listening abilities.
