- No work life balance. - Even you get Excellent rating, but if client moves, then they will fire you suddenly anytime without any reason. They can not afford to keep you on bench even for a week. - No opportunity to learn new technology. - Work domain is very specific to I- Gaming. So, you will not get exposure to latest technology. - They dont provide you any training when you join.They will expect you to work on their critical issues from day 1 without any training. - Even if you get Excellent Rating, but you will not get any Promotion. Only things likable here is few good people I met. It is a good company for a short time and for people who want to stick to one job and average salary.

Dislikes

No skill growth, no cab/shuttle facility, No promotions and Performance reviews are only for formality, and after 5 years you will feel left behind in the market. However you can get good promotions but you have to play resign and retention game with them. Job security is just like any other average company, if they don't need you, you'll out.
