Poor job security. Appraisal are delayed around 7 months even still people waiting. No new features they are building right now only running complete product in maintenance mode. Merging team, moving people to support team from technology.

1. Management is pathetic, back-stabbing and unreliable 2. Management and leadership team is not synced w.r.t the goals of the org or the path to achieve them. Everyone is doing their own thing which is leading to chaos and disappointing company culture 3. Huge disparity in pay packages within same team leading to favoritism and unnecessary politics 4. The Ceo and Co-founders don't look eye-to-eye with each other which is the root cause of all troubles of the company 5. Groupism and conspiracies spawning across the org leading to a civil war kind of scenario within the org. 6. No parity or clear process of any kind, and if anyone wants to amend it, there is least support from management, leading to frustration and anxiety 7.
