Mainly I don’t like is culture when ever there is Change in management they would like to get their teams, no proper guidance from Senior management, I can say they them self don’t have proper future direction to drive teams under them. Work satisfaction is zero and no support from Senior management in routating team members to keepthem focused on work. I would not suggest to join Optum or UHG as culture changed a lot than before....Read More
