No Skill development. The process or the work what we do, doesn't help anywhere outside the company. The managers might plan and remove you from the company if you're not there in their good books. No job Security. The head management is worst. Doesn't consider the feedback of the team member. Don't join this company on a contract. No career growth. The managers are not good.
