The Group MD is an amazing person and has built a strong company giving employment to so many people. Most of the other departments are quite nice and some of the management people are empathetic & employee friendly too.

Dislikes

The HR head is a very bad manager who doesn’t allow others to grow or come up in the organisation. A major gossip monger who keeps bad mouthing everyone around. Very unprofessional, unfriendly & rude person. Doesn’t conduct any review meetings but then keeps nagging the team every single day. The junior staff are literally ill treated in this department. The company is great but such managers bring in a bad name to the organisation....Read More
