Head of QC, a lady who threats team members if they are not able to attend weekly meeting due to more important work assigned by her. Also, she is not happy if some is taking leave for a week after 4/5 months. Micromanagement is the key to manage people. Toxic culture, autocratic, confirmation bias of HR by state & religion, so-called flat organization with power-hungry heads, long-serving leaches, no retention policies.
