Untill the management was taken care by Etsy, it was good. As soon as they got the process completely, they were concerned about the profit and they cut of everything like CAB, Food, snacks, and they even extended our shift time. Good to see the process getting ramp down after 6 months of the management by Ritesh and Majid.

Likes

Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

Dislikes

There were very few perks but all are gone now. You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers.
