They'll hire you by mentioning multiple projects, but once the project ends, they'll terminate your contract immediately, even if you've qualified for another project in the interview process. No job security. No one will help you once it happen even though you are the star performer for all the time. They don't care about it. Such a fraud company.

Likes

Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

Dislikes

There were very few perks but all are gone now. You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers.
