The work here is very diverse and require not just technical skills but also logical thinking. Everyday you are challenged to think something fresh to make the current processes smoother.

As most of us are working from home, there should be some more employee-employee arrangements made, to enjoy the time spent here at Iksula. Apart from this, team outings are something that doesn't happen. Some more engagement with other team members apart from everyday work is most welcomed.

No extra perks or any additional employee benefits. Since it's a 15-year-old company there should be some additional facilities/ benefits provided to employees. (Like team outings, gymnasium/ indoor sports, free transport or food coupons, etc)
