Dislikes

The work hours are just too much. Working on weekends and working till late nights is pretty common here. There is not much freedom given to the engineers here. PRD, design discussion or any type of documentation for that matter do not exist. Tasks are just assigned to the developers and the Devs are expected to complete the task inan unrealistic timelines. Dislikes

Really bad culture. There are many startups that hustle well and create impactful work. Here there were no mentors but only rude and arrogant corporate bosses who have the least respect for the team. Just stay away from this place as it will do you more good than you know.
