Owner is technically sound And helps if stuck in tech part of work.

Dislikes

Salary not on time and sometimes can stuck for 4 months in row No workflow No culture/work environment No hierarchy Politics Owner tries to manipulate when you reach out to him regarding anything except work. No future in company and of company.

The work life balance is really good. HTS offers its employees a variety of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. The office campus is mind blowing,I learnt a lot here and helped me grow my skills a lot.
