*Steep learning curve * Work life balance * Ample leaves annually * Good for target oriented sales * Regular interaction with management

Dislikes

* Hire and fire culture. New joinees are not given enough time to adjust. *Processes are cumbersome. Too many layers involved. * Culture is not inclusive. People are left out from team conversation/outings, if one doesn't behave like others. * Too much party culture. Spills into your weekends. Expected to contribute for all such outings individually @min. 2k. * Growth is slow and stagnant due to lesser presence in India. * No guidance on work, in the name of flexibility and freedom. Management expects all staff to achieve targets nevertheless. * Bonus is dependent on manager relationship and not performance related. * Compensation is pretty average. * Internal movement requires strong recommendations, else doesn't happen....Read More
