I don't like anything in this.

Dislikes

I had joined this company after 4 round of interview now after onboarding again interview process is going on and if someone is failing, they are moved to bench... This is really wrong practice... If I know about such practice, I would have not joined, because my other job was going well and had no such issues.

I thought this is good company but there are bad of payroll system, salary not tally and OT always delay and delay, manager promised you without doing anything. Reject come first without any consideration.

- Bad payroll system and payroll team - Work on National Holiday but no OT pay else delay - Reject come first without any consideration from management.
