Too much politics the culture is where your manager will never give the credits for your work and will always be there take up your credit, they really play with your own self beliefs they will never remove you directly instead what they do is putting you in PIP and then expect you to achieve your quarterly targets in 1 month and ifyou don’t deliver you will be removed out of rhe organisation irrespective whether you are 6 months or 6 years in the organisation....Read More
