Great benefits and opportunities to upskill e.g. Goldman Dataschool. Many initiatives to volunteer for charitable causes.

Dislikes

Constantly changing expectations, micro-managing, long hours, and very little flexibility i.e. WFH. Hard work is often overlooked. It's not what you know, it's who you know.
