The night shift especially graveyard shift from 1:30am to 10:30am was terrible and i used to fall sick and my manager was another terrible thing to exist there. He lacked empathy and emotions and treated me as robot and was taking revenge like he had some personal grudge on me. I don't understand his logic of taking sick leave like he says we are supposed to inform before a day for taking sick leave... am I the astrologer or something like how the hell will i know if I am going to fall sick later??? Seriously and he used to force me get doctor's certificate for 1 day sick leave. Also he was like robot and i feel eveb robot will be better than him....Read More
