Overall experience was good. You'll be compensated for extra hours but the amount is fixed so your work hours donot count. The company culture is good. They have parties going on and you get gift vouchers every month if your performance is good

Dislikes

The technology opted is really old. If you're a developer and want to continue to grow as per the technology trend, then this company is not for you.

Work Details

The timings are flexible, but there's no transportation facility. I was under a hot headed manager, but from my knowledge gained from my colleagues, other managers aren't the same
