1. No fair implementation of policies and procedures. It is all unfair practice. 2. They falsely recruit people telling higher designations but later offer a junior position. 3. Don’t pay variable component of employee for 2 years and more. 4. No appraisal from past 2-3 years. 5. No communication on issuing variable component ofemployee which they are qualified for. 6. People and culture is pethetic. As they will be unreasonable and put any blame on you for you performance despite you over achieve your targets....Read More
