Dislike Everything. Right from work, culture, people. Work: Its redundant and process driven to another level, which should not be Culture: The company has the audacity to send emails wrt assignments and demand completion else no appraisals will happen. I want to ask the management - When have you communicated or given appraisals? They have created a negative atmosphere, everyone’s leaving. I must say that leadership gives you enough time to perform, they have wide range of services on offer, so sky is the limit for you.

As a new joinee, you would feel lost in this large family, team effort are poor, all are self centric and even if some one comes forward to help you...there is always an hidden agenda...your senior team members will always look for an opportunity to elbow you out...they have a legacy working approach...so company always comes 1st instead of client...you feel lost at times and would run arround to close deals like a headless chicken......Read More
