Waste company and the management, as especially FPT India, the country head playing polical game and terminating everyone.

Dislikes

Terminating the resources without proper notification and deducting or looting the resource genuine hard work money by syaing severance pay policy.

There is nothing I like about this company.

Dislikes

There is no respect for women My senior talked with me in a indecent way, when I complaint about this to my manager there is no reaction from him and Instead they started giving me more work which Is probably can't complete by one person in 9 hours they gave me and asked to complete end of the day It was really a bad experience in this company
