Dislikes

There is no respect for women My senior talked with me in a indecent way, when I complaint about this to my manager there is no reaction from him and Instead they started giving me more work which Is probably can't complete by one person in 9 hours they gave me and asked to complete end of the day It was really a bad experience in this company

FPT SOFTWARE IS VIETNAME BASED COMPANY. ITS CULTURE REALLY VERY GOOD . BUT WHEN YOU ARE DOING WFH THEN THERE IS NO ANY PROJECT ALLOCATION TO YOU. JUST NEED TO STUDY N SHARPEN SKILLS. YOU NEED TO GO TO VIETNAM FOR WORK. OTHERWISE EXPERIENCE IS GOOD. CULTURE IS GOOD PEOPLES ARE HELPING IN NATURE. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED
